TransPro Interns are 18-22 year old students who are transitioning to the adult world. They work in meaningful internships and volunteer opportunities throughout the community. To acknowledge their contribution to the community – and to the arts, the NRICA awarded them a group scholarship.

This special event was held in the main fresco gallery. Last year, the event was expanded to include an art contest for local high school students. The Center and the NRICA invited educators to encourage students from Woonsocket (WHS) and Cumberland (CHS) High Schools to showcase their talents and to compete in an art contest sponsored by both arts organizations. Educators from both communities shared their own works of art. Proceeds from the event were for the benefit the St. Ann Arts and Cultural Center.
